In preparing for the Conversational Leadership workshop, that @David Gurteen, @John Hovell and I are doing near London on Sept 20-22, I have been giving a lot of thought to what makes conversations work and have ended up creating this chart as a way to organize my thinking. It is still a work in progress, but I thought I would put it out there for comment and additions. Where possible, I have attributed the concepts in the chart to their source.
